按：联合国大会1971年通过的第2758号决议处理联合国的“中国席位”问题，将原本由中华民国代表转为中华人民共和国，今年四月底“德国马歇尔基金会”（German Marshall Fund）举办研讨会，发表中共扭曲联大第2758号决议的报告，美国国务院亚太副助卿蓝墨客（Mark Lambert）参与讨论。蓝墨客是美国务院跨局处中国协调办公室的最高官员，他指中共曲解、滥用决议，与其“一中原则”混为一谈，中共自称该决议反映出国际社会对“一中原则”共识。读者不妨对照一下该决议文的中英原文，自行判断一下中共是否曲解误用？

2758（26）．恢复中华人民共和国在联合国的合法权利
大会，
回顾联合国宪章的原则，
考虑到，恢复中华人民共和国的合法权利对于维护联合国宪章和联合国组织根据宪章所必须从事的事业都是必不可少的，
承认中华人民共和国政府的代表是中国在联合国组织的唯一合法代表，中华人民共和国是安全理事会5个常任理事国之一，
决定：恢复中华人民共和国的一切权利，承认她的政府的代表为中国在联合国组织的唯一合法代表并立即把蒋介石的代表从它在联合国组织及其所属一切机构中所非法占据的席位上驱逐出去。

On October 25,1971,the UN General Assembly passed United Nations Resolution 2758(XXVI)which stated that the People's Republic of China is the only legitimate government of China.The resolution replaced the ROC with the PRC as apermanent member of the Security Council in the United Nations.

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
Recalling the principles of the Charter of the United Nations.
Considering the restoration of the lawful rights of the People's Republic of China is essential both for the protection of the Charter of the United Nations and for the cause that the United Nations must serve under the Charter.
Recognizing that the representatives of the Government of the People's Republic of China are the only lawful representatives of China to the United Nations and that the People's Republic of China is one of the five permanent members of the Security Council.
Decides to restore all its rights to the People's Republic of China and to recognize the representatives of its Government as the only legitimate representatives of China to the United Nations,and to expel forthwith the representatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully occupy at the United Nations and in all the organizations related to it.
