按：聯合國大會1971年通過的第2758號決議處理聯合國的「中國席位」問題，將原本由中華民國代表轉為中華人民共和國，今年四月底「德國馬歇爾基金會」（German Marshall Fund）舉辦研討會，發表中共扭曲聯大第2758號決議的報告，美國國務院亞太副助卿藍墨客（Mark Lambert）參與討論。藍墨客是美國務院跨局處中國協調辦公室的最高官員，他指中共曲解、濫用決議，與其「一中原則」混為一談，中共自稱該決議反映出國際社會對「一中原則」共識。讀者不妨對照一下該決議文的中英原文，自行判斷一下中共是否曲解誤用？

2758（26）．恢復中華人民共和國在聯合國的合法權利
大會，
回顧聯合國憲章的原則，
考慮到，恢復中華人民共和國的合法權利對於維護聯合國憲章和聯合國組織根據憲章所必須從事的事業都是必不可少的，
承認中華人民共和國政府的代表是中國在聯合國組織的唯一合法代表，中華人民共和國是安全理事會5個常任理事國之一，
決定：恢復中華人民共和國的一切權利，承認她的政府的代表為中國在聯合國組織的唯一合法代表並立即把蔣介石的代表從它在聯合國組織及其所屬一切機構中所非法占據的席位上驅逐出去。

On October 25,1971,the UN General Assembly passed United Nations Resolution 2758(XXVI)which stated that the People's Republic of China is the only legitimate government of China.The resolution replaced the ROC with the PRC as apermanent member of the Security Council in the United Nations.

THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
Recalling the principles of the Charter of the United Nations.
Considering the restoration of the lawful rights of the People's Republic of China is essential both for the protection of the Charter of the United Nations and for the cause that the United Nations must serve under the Charter.
Recognizing that the representatives of the Government of the People's Republic of China are the only lawful representatives of China to the United Nations and that the People's Republic of China is one of the five permanent members of the Security Council.
Decides to restore all its rights to the People's Republic of China and to recognize the representatives of its Government as the only legitimate representatives of China to the United Nations,and to expel forthwith the representatives of Chiang Kai-shek from the place which they unlawfully occupy at the United Nations and in all the organizations related to it.
